Hello –
I see that Ticket #72103 has been closed, but my
student working on #20150040[Edit Inv] today is having the
same problem still occurring. The Adobe Creative
Cloud account is not opening and he does have a
personal account with which to access the programs
he needs. Even fewer rpograms will open now, so it
appears to worse.

These computers are all good, the ones that need mice are 
good and I fixed adobe on the other one!

Hi –
We have a couple of issues preventing us from 
making full use of the ITC 210 lab...
broken mouse #20150046[Edit Inv]
mac #20150041[Edit Inv] – will not complete sign-in for 
most students. also lacking a mouse because one 
that broke today was replaced with this one, 
since it's out of commission anyway.
mac #20150040[Edit Inv] – Creative Clouds apps 
(especially Lightroom, Illustrator) not working 
– asking for personal CC account sign-in rather 
than automatically signing with WOU account
all systems: Abobe CC not recently updated, so 
more frequent issues with students having newer 
versions at home and files won't open
