The battery is only lasting about an hour when 
off the charger. Ran diagnostics and the health 
of the battery came back at a 67% health.

This says its a GFA. I was seeing if we could 
get this laptop replaced for her?

The computer has not been holding a charge for 
more than 1 hour and very recently has been 
having troubles displaying on a monitor.  She 
is free for the rest of today and from 12-1:30 
and after 2:30 tomorrow.
