It was an Office 365 issue on her personal 
computer, not on W#20161070[Edit Inv].  It looks like it 
started happening after an MS office 365 update.

Miyuki is using the newest version of Word and 
when she tries to open older document, it comes 
up with an error saying 'prohibited by author' 
She says if she restarts her computer, she can 
get it to work but it takes a while to do that. 
She will be in her office at 4pm.
