Sandy called: she can not back up her 
information until it is given to her by other 
staff members. She can't have her machine 
imaged till she receives that info from a third 
party. She asked that this ticket be postponed 
for 1.5 - 2 weeks so she has time to obtain and 
save the information. 

Sandy's Mac is having troubles.  Says that the 
screen wobbles, displaying system computer 
configuration issue, adobe is crashing, 
quitting unexpectedly, buttons on the keyboard 
don't work.  Say's it's displaying other errors 
but didn't give any.
