Hi Gabrielle,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #72235

Description: *5/24 before 4:30* Admin rights for 
word

I noticed that Erik is already an admin on this pc, 
and word seems to be working fine. We will need to 
schedule a time to meet with Erik to figure out how 
to fix your specific issue. When is a good date and 
time for a UCS Tech to stop and do that?
