Hello,
I was hoping to re-open this request or put in
another one. The computer is still running
incredibly slow and it's a strong barrier to our
students being able to do their work. There are
still continual issues with the browsers and
students not being able to get the clock in system
to load. There's also major slowness with other
programs taking 10-45 minutes to load, not being
able to save files, not being able to export
videos out of Adobe Premiere, etc. 

Could someone take another look to see why it's
operating so slowly? Thank you so much!

I reset the system cache and web caches.  I also 
did a PRAM reset.  The system seemed more 
responsive.  She will call back if they see any 
more issues.

Hello!
A couple of my students have said that one of 
their machines is running very slowly - 
especially on the browsers. We've been having 
this issue for a while and I believe someone 
came up last month to check it out, but it's 
still happening.

Any chance someone could come up again and take 
a look at what's making things move so slow? 
I'm not sure what updates may need done to the 
software or OS.
When you walk in, it's the furthest computer to 
the left, second row.
