Hi UCS Team,

I have two challenges with my laptop that I am 
hoping you can help me out with.

1) I don't have access to my H Drive
2) When I close the laptop lid, it disconnects 
from the internet and requires me to restart the 
laptop in order to be able to reconnect to the 
network.
