It installed and runs Ubuntu perfectly. However it still will 
not let me re-image it with either PXE or a stick.

This won't reimage either does the same thing. I am going 
to install Ubuntu on it to see if it works. Passes diagnostics.

image it.  I dont know exactly what was on there, so I am 
sure it is fine.

Thank you!!  I am here in meetings most the day. If I am 
not you can leave then in my box in TH 326 or drop it 
through the maillot in an envelope (I am assuming it is a 
memory stick?) Are you also dropping of computer or is 
that still being worked on?

It did blue screen and it said it was Driver_PNP_Watchdog. 
So I assume it has a driver issue, but it won't boot safe 
mode so the only thing we can do is reimage it.

I am "Resetting Windows" right now which is an in place 
reinstall without deleting personal files.

I updated the BIOS but it is still having issues booting. 
Passed hardware diagnostics other than it warned the 
battery is reaching the end of its life.

Lauren dropped off a laptop that will not turn on. 
it was recently reimaged and updated, but its still 
having trouble. IF it can't be fixed today, get in 
contact with her about a loaner.
