Reimage this station, if there is not a hardware
issue then there is no need for a GFA replacement
at this point.

It runs really slow and sometimes will not allow 
a user to log in.

Good morning,

We had a UCS representative here to take a look 
at a slow running computer a few weeks ago and we 
noticed that the computer was more than 5 years 
old. How often do machines get upgraded and how 
can we check on the rest of our computers? Also, 
it looks like this particular computer is 
operating on Windows 7 and may need to be updated 
to Windows 10?
