Run diagnostics on the machine and it works fine.
No defects with the hardware nor other
peripherals. Will like to have her use this for a
while, then she holds on to the loaner to avoid
wasting her time doing work.

Hello Allison,

I am currently off campus at NAEYC, I am 
presenting shortly which I think is why I was a 
little cranky about this, thank you for your 
patience.  I will be back on campus Thursday, so 
hopefully I can swap this one out then.

I prefer a loaner that is a Mac just because I 
feel that is the easiest way to access all of my 
documents in the iCloud.

I will touch base with the UCS office Thursday 
when I return to town.

Oh goodness! We are so sorry that this keeps 
happening. I am going to make a ticket, and we 
are going to get you set up with a loaner. Our 
techs will discuss what needs to happen with that 
laptop in the meantime! What would a loaner for 
you need? Thank you for your patience.

Hello,

I am continuing to struggle with my laptop and to 
have work stoppages.  Last night my laptop was 
plugged in and I was working on it, I closed it 
and took a quick break.  When I went to resume my 
work there was an odd picture of a folder on the 
screen.  I waited and waited, then I restarted my 
laptop, which took fifteen minutes to restart.

I at this point I am constantly concerned about 
the laptop not working correctly and I am wasting 
a significant amount of time waiting when I have 
to restart the computer.  In a addition, programs 
on the computer lag.

I am looking for next steps to address this, I 
understand that it is difficult to send the 
product to Apple if there is not a consistent 
problem, however, there has to be something that 
can be done.

I appreciate all that has been done to help with 
my computer issues, I am just needing a solution 
that keeps me from wasting time while the 
computer is being special.
