Hello Joe,

I apologize for the late reply on this ticket.  
I am no longer using W20150168 as its keyboard 
and trackpad aren't working.  My projects have 
purchased a new computer for me.

There are still some items I need to get off of 
this computer and move to my new one.  Once 
that is done, I'll see about sending the 
computer to UCS.

In any case, there's no need to reinstall 
Sophos at this point.

Description: Sophos reinstall on W20150168

Can you let me know when would be a good time for 
me to come look at your computer? The antivirus 
software on it needs to be reinstalled.

Description: Sophos reinstall on W20150168

We are checking to know when would be a good time
to come and take a look at your machine. It looks
like the antivirus on it is not looking great. We
would have to re-install it.
