Hi Jen,

I looked into your issue with Kandinsky. First
issue is that it is out of ink. When the tear drop
turns orange that means its out of ink. I am
guessing this is the only issue but I will not no
until toner is filled.

Hi Jen,

I hope you're having a good weekend so far!

I just wanted to let you know that the Kandinsky 
wants to be serviced and the computer is telling 
me that the filter has failed (see attached 
files), and it wasn't able to print my portfolio 
page. I'm not sure if it's anything I can fix 
myself, but if it is, just let me know.

Hi –
Apparently, we have a big issue with the 
"Kandinski" inkjet printer in the front of room 
ITC 210.
You can see from my student's attachments that it 
says it needs to be serviced.

I'm not due back on campus until Tuesday... but I 
do have one class deadline for which my students 
are supposed to be using this printer. If there's 
any chance of someone trouble-shooting it on 
Monday, maybe there's a chance we can still use 
it.
