I told him to let us know if the issue repeat it
self in future. We might have to re-image his machine.

He is having APC_Index_Mismatch on his laptop when
ever he plugged his laptop to his Dock Station.
After series of troubleshooting i think it has to
do with his sound. I also delete couples of
software that has multiple instance.
