Brian,

I found that you have a license of Adobe Captivate 10 
(2017 release)  from June 2019 listed as being on 
Desktop W#20090160[Edit Inv].

That license can be installed on laptop W#20140384[Edit Inv] if 
you would like and it appears to be Windows 10 
compatible.

Newest version release is Captivate 11(2019 release) and 
cost to get a license of the newest version installed for 
you is as follows: 

    Adobe Captivate v.11 (2019 release) - License - 1 user 
- academic  Win, Mac, iOS  OETC PART  AD0CPT11L*  
+media PART AD3CPT11DVD
    COST 234.53

When you are ready to order, you can log into the UCS 
Purchase Request system and submit a formal purchase 
request.  We will need an index code to charge the 
software to, a WOU # of station for it to be installed on 
and end user/contact.   We also will need to know which 
fiscal year you want this order to be under as we are past 
our FY19 order deadline of June 10th and will need to 
know if it has to be in FY19 for funding.  Some orders 
may still make it by June 30, but it depends on the item.

appears the info was never transferred

your laptop. It looks like the 2019 version has 
been made available.

Follow up to #65369 
Brian has asked that we re-image his laptop 
(said it is very old) and to INSTALL Adobe 
Captivate v10 on his laptop because his desktop 
is not running the software efficiently
