Hi Janeanne,

The KIC station was set up on the domain which 
it should have been. This was most likely 
causing it to go to sleep even when the 
settings were set not to. I took it off the 
domain. Please let us know if you still have 
the issue.

Let me clarify: The KIC scanner is not turning 
itself off. The CPU that the scanner runs on is 
returning to the Windows lock screen after some 
time, requiring the username and password. Once 
you credential, the KIC software is still 
running.  I checked the Windows settings and 
both Power Save (?) and Sleep settings were set 
to "Never."   
We only noticed this problem Monday--it was 
fine last week.

The kick machine behind the info desk continues to 
turn itself into sleep mode when in the admin 
settings Sleep and Off are set to never.
