system wipe  and re-image. We missed you today, 
when is a good date and time for a UCS Tech to 
visit your office and complete this task?

Carmen recently returned from Japan and was 
instructed to have her laptop cleaned up upon 
her return. She needs it through the end of the 
week but will be bringing it in on Monday 6/24 
to have it wiped.
