Hi Lauren,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #72738

Description: **Original computer needs reimage 
because it keeps freezing.

I'm Katherine from UCS. We updated the computer to 
windows 10 and fixed the freezing issue. I believe 
you mentioned that you would be gone until fall 
'19. Is it possible to enter your office during 
the summer to swap out the computers? Would there 
be anything saved on the loaner machine that you 
need? If you can contact me, it would be 
appreciated. If you have any questions feel free

Description: **Original computer needs reimage because its frozen on Start Menu.

We finished the reimage on your original computer. This fixed the freezing issue you were having. We've installed basic software and gave you admin rights. If you have any other software you want installed let me know, otherwise it is ready to be delivered to your office.

Hi Lauren,

I received a service request to come down and 
install printers on your loaner machine. 
Group Policy should be pushing the following 
printers to your machine automatically. 

psy-copier
PY-BehavioralScience
PY-PsyColor
PY-Psych

After a reboot, if you do not see these 
printers or need a special printer not listed 
in this list can you send me your availability 
to come down and help with this.

Updated this existing ticket to reflect Lauren's new issue with hooking up 
the loaner to her departments printers. 

Also wasn't totally sure about either updating this ticket or making a new 
one so I just updated this one. I also changed the Primary Tech over to 
Shandelle because it was printer related. Feel free to reassign.

UCS, 
Thank you for helping me with my issue.  Can someone come and get the new computer hooked up 
to the printers in the department. I am not able to add any.  You have my permission to be 
let into my office to add the printers so it is ready when I return to school.

Lauren called and said she has just gotten back into her office after about a week and when she went to use her machine it was frozen and 
neither the keyboard nor mouse were responding. She said she has power cycled the machine but it is still frozen. She communicated this over 
voicemail and I didn't reach her when I called back.

She mentioned she would be around tomorrow (6/28), can follow up with more information then.
