Hi Chad,

Before I can activate the jack I need to come 
by and get the Jack number since it does not 
state it in the work order. Is there a good 
time to come by and do this?

Right now, I am waiting for Thomas Grove to 
confirm that the network jack is activated then we 
can schedule a time for your visit.

Hi Chad,

I received SR#72778 Description: Phaser 6600 
printer setup. For me to come down and set this 
machine up for you, you will need to contact 
telecom first to make sure an ethernet jack is 
active in your room in the area you would like 
the printer to be placed.

Telecom contact: telecom@wou.edu or call 8-
8010. Once this has been done I can come down 
and set the printer up.

To Whom It May Concern,

Would it be possible to send someone to my 
office at RWEC 138 sometime next week?

I have been using Phaser 3260 with this WOU's 
serial number 20160174[Edit Inv] and recently I was given 
a color printer Phaser 6600 with this WOU's 
serial number 20140878[Edit Inv] from another office whom 
this employee isn't with us anymore. 

I'd like to have this Phaser 6600 color printer 
set up, connect to the ethernet wall, and my 
computer this way I can start using this 
printer.
