Hi Adela,

I came down and looked at your HP Deskjet 
issue. Unfortunately, HP has not come out with 
a compatible print driver for this printer and 
windows 10. 

Right now on HP webisite, it says a driver 
should come within your windows updates but 
obviously has not since it can not find a 
driver through windows updates. I also tried 
multiple versions of generic drivers which did 
not work as well.

I did notice that your Xerox machine was not 
set up correctly as well. I set that up for you 
do if you were having issues with that then it 
should be working now.

Adela works a late night shift on campus so she will not be around during the day when 
techs could get to helping her. I sent an email reply letting her know the techs will try 
to find time on either Friday (7/5) or sometime next week (7/8)

possible the tech come in any time without me 
being here? I will leave my computer logoff so
