Excel and banner were using all of her ram which is what 
caused the slowness

Tiffany asked me to document her problems with 
her computer.  
She is also requesting a new computer because 
she works in Excel all day and after multiple 
attempts to fix it, it still freezes/takes too 
long/crashes on her computer.  
I think if the excel issue gets fixed she 
doesn't need another computer but her 
department apparently told her she can't have a 
new computer till she complains about her 
current one enough.
