Hello Tricia,

Thank you so much! Could you setup a service request 
for me to have help with the installation?

Below are some times that I will be at my desk. Please let 
me know if any of these times for for the UCS techs.

    Thursday (July 11th): Any time between 1:00PM and 
5:00PM
    Friday (July 12th): Anytime between 9:00AM and 
12:00PM  & from 1:00PM-4:30PM
    Monday (July 15th): Anytime after 1:00PM
    Wednesday (July 17th): Anytime between 10:00AM 
and Noon.

help with going through the install process.  Next note
