Yes, of course.   I have requested the sender to try sending again in a different format that maybe I can open with my home email as well in attempt to do it.

Hi Sharon,

because of this type of email, i think it would be best for our email programmer, Dave Diehmer, to take a look at it. He will be back on monday. Is it possible for you to wait till then or should i come by and see if i can find a work-around for you.

Sharon has emailed multiple times with 
attachments that do not show up, they do not 
remain attached when the email is sent. She 
also had issues with the attachments at her 
home. 
The Department head is having issues using the 
scanner. When scanning a document to transfer 
to the computer, it too does not show up. The 
printer says it is scanning but it doesn't 
bring the scan to the computer.
