He is needing the Chineses Language Pack "need to initiate the Chinese writing function on my computer." and also help with installing Adobe CC desktop Applications. I sent invite for this user to be an ADOBE NAMED USER, he may need help with accepting invite, and/or where to login with Adobe ID yangn@wou.edu, and/or how to download applications in Adobe CC desktop.
