I need some additional information regarding service

Description: **8/1 3pm**OS needs upgraded

Your Imac, 20150679[Edit Inv] and your macbook air, 20141275[Edit Inv], 
have both been updated to 10.14. I placed the laptop in 
our outbox here at ITC so you can stop by anytime to 
pick it up. Please let us know if you still are having 
trouble with the microphone.

Her Imac has been updated to 10.14. I placed her laptop 
in the outbox and sent an email. I updated her laptop 
to 10.14 as well.

bringing you my laptop--there was a glitch with 
it anyway!  I am not on campus right now and am 
not sure if I will be in tomorrow.  You are

Dropped off laptop 8/6 and mentioned to me 
another problem:
Power point narrative recording was not working 
recently
Microphone/something  wasn't working, Chloe 
uses this a lot and knows how to use it, she 
doesn't know why it wasn't recording however

You were scheduled to drop off your imac at ITC 008 8/1 
today Thursday at 3pm. Looks like we missed you today. 
When is a good time for a UCS Tech to visit your office 
and upgrade your OS in your cpu? You don't need to be 
there we can take care of it in your office. We just 
need to ensure that you have backed up your personal 
files, bookmarks, and favorites from your desktop 
before the upgrade.

Description: OS needs upgraded

I'm Katherine from UCS. We've received a ticket 
notifying us that your macbook needs to be updated 
to 10.14 (Mojave). It can be a security risk if we 
do not update the machine. If you can contact me 
with a suitable time to have this done, it would 
be appreciated.
