Hi Joshua,

We were just following up with you regarding a service 
request that we have for you.  (#73083)

Description: OS needs upgraded

We can schedule your Windows 7 to 10 upgrade 
overnight through our management software. Everything 
happens automatically and will also upgrade you to the 
latest Office. All you need to do is leave your machine on 
and it will upgrade between 10pm-5am. This should be 
near zero downtime. As always we still ask that you 
backup your files and bookmarks just in case something 
goes wrong. If you are unsure of how to backup for stuff 
you can contact the Help Desk at ucshelpdesk@wou.edu 
or by calling 88925.

He will be gone until Fall term, he said he might 
update on his own. We will need to send an email 
in the fall to see if this got done.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73083

Description: OS needs upgraded

I'm Katherine from UCS. We've received a ticket 
notifying us that your macbook needs to be updated 
to 10.14 (Mojave). It can be a security risk if we 
do not update the machine. If you can contact me 
with a suitable time to have this done, it would 
be appreciated.
