I still experience problem.

The test page do print out but then the 
attempted cancelled job came through. This one 
NEED TO STOP! 

We are talking about 20 pages powerpoint 
presentation multiple 20 set. I intended to 
send it out to the copier machine in the copier 
room but it went to that printer.

I accidentally sent a multiples copies to color 
printer X0878.

I went in printer setting via my iMac to cancel 
the queue for printing.

I click on "cancel job" on the printer machine.

the "cancelling job" appear on the screen. 

It remains like that.

I decided to turn the printer's power to see if 
it will do the trick.

It didn't, it tried to print some more papers.

I interrupted it by cancelling the job. It 
stopped printing which is good.

However the "cancelling jobs" remains on screen 
as it has been like this over 30 minutes.

 accidentally printed a large color files to my 
color printer, WOU serial 20140878[Edit Inv]

I tried to cancel it on my desktop, it did. I 
tried to cancel it on the printer machine 
itself, it seem to take forever. I turned it 
off/on and it tried to print it again so I 
pressed "cancelled" button and its taking a 
long while.

I was trying to print small piece of paper via 
the printer and it got jammed. 
I am in RWEC 138 however I'd be around on 1st 
floor all day today running the conference as I 
am chair of ASL Silent Weekend. 

If someone can take a look and perhaps find a 
way to remove the small paper out from the 
printer. 

I can be reached by text at 5857484925, if 
need. My colleague in room RWEC 137 will be 
able to let you in my office, if need.

I am writing with an assumption that you might 
stop by today. If your day is packed full and I 
can wait until next week.
