Tina Fuchs has been having an issues with 
undocking and docking her brand new 13" Macbook 
Pro through her CalDigit TS3 Plus docking 
station. When she re-docks her peripherals 
(monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc...) usually 
take a long time to relink. This morning, they 
are not relinking at all.

I did some research on the issue and it appears 
some people have been able to resolve a similar 
issue with a reboot, however at this time that 
does not work. Currently nothing is 
reconnecting even after unplugging everything. 
Maybe the dock is dead? Can you please have a 
tech please bring her a replacement dock or 
help us resolve this issue?
