Pro W#20190062[Edit Inv] to RWEC 240 for P. Pedersen

We have a ticket for you still open and were wondering 
when would be a good date and time to take care of 
that. Looks like we need to pick up a loaner laptop 
20121205[Edit Inv].

Description: *today 2:00-3:00* NEW EQUIP: 13in MacBook

We were wondering if you were still planning on 
dropping off loaner laptop 20121205[Edit Inv] here at ITC 008. We 
can also have a UCS Tech visit your office and pick it 
up from your. Let us know what works best for you.
