The machine is up at the front desk with the 
charger she brought in with it.

Please hardwire her in for the first time.

Your Mac laptop is all ready to be picked up. 
After a reboot, your machine was working fine. 
I checked for updates and ran all test that 
came back good.

Let me know when you will be able to pick this 
up and I will update the ticket with the 
information.

Cynthia left her laptop to charge and when she 
returned to it, it would not turn on. There was 
no green light on her charger either. She tried 
different chargers & outlets but nothing seems 
to charge the laptop. the laptop still will not 
turn on 
She is coming in today to have a tech take a 
look at it.
