Put in replacement with Dell.  Dell sent a new 
unit.  I replaced the 20170317[Edit Inv] tag on the new 
device.

The Dell Dock WD15 has a bad USB-C connector.  
The  cable will not make a good connection.  
Bradley tested it and it would only come on if 
you applied pressure to it at an angle.  Cable 
looks to have a short in it.
