This one is good, using google shared documents in google 
drive was having issues in firefox. Once she switch to 
chrome it was fixed.

I ran driver and BIOS updates it had 11 total. So maybe 
that will fix it?

My laptop: Recently I took my laptop home and 
tried working on a word document.  It got stuck 
in a mode where it kept typing each letter I 
pressed twice (so instead of and it was 
aanndd).  I also used the caps lock to type a 
word and once I removed the caps lock, it kept 
making everything all caps.  I tried everything 
and could not get it to release.  I finally 
copied and pasted another section I already had 
typed and continued from there and that was the 
only way I was able to get it to release.  
 I've noticed now several times when I am 
typing in a shared google doc, the typing 
function will freeze as I type.  I end up 
having to wait a couple of minutes....it fills 
in what I typed two minutes ago and then 
unfreezes.  It will do this multiple times as I 
am working on a documents and makes it super 
slow and frustrating.  (This has happened on 
both my desk top set up and when working on my 
laptop). 

Also, I had a question.  My laptop set up is 
new and a couple of times now when I unplug my 
laptop and put it in my bag to take home for a 
meeting the next day, I find that when I go to 
use my laptop the next day the battery is 
almost dead.  I take it from my desk and do not 
use it until that time, so not sure why the 
battery is dying.  Do I need to completely log 
out and shutdown my laptop to keep it from 
dying overnight in my bag or might something be 
wrong with my battery?
