If anything, it would be related to my recent 
upgrade from Windows 7 to 10.  Either I'm not 
using Notepad correctly, or the new version 
doesn't work for text searches.  W20171046.

Hi Alan, 

Do you know if this error log .txt file and 
screen shot belong to a specific ticket or 
issue so I can categorize them together and get 
a clearer idea on what this email means.

I captured the attached file from a server, 
saving it using Notepad.  The ctrl-F 'find' 
feature fails to return any results for 
obviously present contents.  Try searching for 
'June'. '2018', or 'protocol'.
