We have a mac loaner here waiting for you in the

Have Michael log into his account on the Loaner here at UCS Front Desk while 
hard wired with a network cable, using the network dongle attached. He has to 
do this on first login to retrieve his account from the WOU servers; after 
that he can log in and use the WiFi on the machine like normal. Don't send 
him off with the network dongle still hooked to the loaner.

Michael called back and realized that he will be working with .pages and other Mac file formats, so the 
Dell machine (#20131105) he requested wont work out for the work he needs to get done. I let Reggie 
know and he started the setup process for a loaner Mac instead of the Dell. Will update with new 
information on the Mac loaner after set up.

laptop anytime between now and 29 August and 
will return it on 16 September.
