your computer during our initial set up. I really 
apologize for the error and the inconvenience. When do 
you think you would be able to bring your computer in 
to fix your issues with logging in off campus?

Peter's laptop wasn't hardwired, he emailed the 
desk when he got home about it not working. I 
told him he needs to come to campus for us to 
fix that.
