Sounds like it may be having heat issues. Bring it back 
when it works for her and we will put new thermal paste 
on it and see if that helps.

Hello, 

Last week a technician came and upgraded my 
2014 laptop to Windows 10. The install was fine 
but the computer is still very slow and makes a 
lot of noise. The number on my laptop is 
20140370[Edit Inv]. Can someone come look at it please?
