Hi Stephanie,

I just spoke with Peter and explained the situation with the Projector.  He asked that I send the information to you so there is a record.

 

The projector:  Epson Power Lite – WOU# 20060824[Edit Inv]

Signed out to Mary Ellen Dello Stritto who was the Director of Abby’s House

Used by Abby’s House for Advocate and campus trainings.

 

Sometime in the past year or so (not sure on dates) Abby’s House received a flat screen for their conference room. 

Around that time Abby’s House had a “Free to a campus home” give away and they thought since it was going to stay on campus it was ok to give away.  They 
have no idea who ended up with the projector.

 

I have informed the current Director that they cannot give away equipment with WOU numbers on it and that UCS must be informed when a WOU numbered 
equipment changes possession.
