bookmarks. Doesn't sound like she will need a 
loaner though.

I totally understand that you are busy! I am 
here til 4 today and all week next week. So 
whenever you want to swap things out is fine 
with me--I'm super flexible. I can even work on 
my work laptop while you are imaging it it's 
not more than a day or so.

Good afternoon,

 I've been having performance issues with my 
desktop in my office. It's been pretty slow. In 
addition, I can only get internet explorer to 
work with Banner but not firefox or Chrome.  I 
can't even get the WOU website to work on 
Chrome, actually.

It's my understanding we are transitioning to 
Windows 10.  Are you taking volunteers to 
upgrade? My computer was replaced in 2014, so 
perhaps it's due soon for an upgrade anyway?

The number on the tower is 20141232[Edit Inv].
