Description: Upgrade to Windows 10

Sorry if I spammed you with ticket emails. My service 
request locked up when creating the ticket. Is it possible 
for us to work on upgrading your machine to Windows 
10?

I need to chat with Jeremy about upgrading his machine 
to Windows 10. A reimage would be best but I can also 
give him the Windows 10 ISO so he can do an in place 
upgrade if he has a lot of special software.
