No, it's still my same old computer that I've had
for quite a few years and it just started
happening late this afternoon. I was still able
to access my Adobe documents the normal way
earlier today but now whenever I try to open one
of my Adobe documents, this box appears instead
and it won't let me get to my documents:

I hope this can be solved soon!

Hi Debbie,

Are you working on a new or recently imaged
machine? It may be the case that you need to
login once to the adobe services to initialize
the adobe suite and reader. I agree that you
probably shouldn't be getting prompted for login
information each time you just want to open and
look at a document. What is it you are trying to
open and what method are you using? I am not
entirely sure about this but can submit a ticket
for you and someone here at UCS who knows better
would be able to provide more insight and a
potential fix for your problem.

Thanks,
Joey

Debbie is being prompted to log into adobe when she wants to open a document, she says it was functioning
normally until this afternoon (8/27).

It appears I cannot open any of my Adobe documents without entering an account ID? Is this really
necessary for just opening up documents and not using any of the "extra" functions?

Debbie
