Didn't reset profile. He didn't delete all the 
files, so we went through them. He said it is 
working better.

I went to Marcom and the iMac was working 
reasonable well. I will email the student so we 
can back up all his stuff and reset his profile.

machine, and they suggested removing some of 
the large files on the machine. The files are 
now gone, and the computer is still running 
really slow.
