Problem was fixed through taking off the battery 
and held power button. And put it back together.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73454

Description: *9/6 before 11:30* doc station not 
recognizing cable 

We finished diagnosing the laptop and dock. We 
were able to display the screen. You can come to 
our office at UCS to pick up the dock and laptop 
or I can meet you at your office to set up the 
items.
