Jessica requested.

The computer is 20110681. It usually does have all kinds of issues. It 
has been reimaged recently, and frequently. Do you know when it 
would be available for an upgrade?

I did get your email. I opened it and it got lost amongst the others. I 
apologize. 

Shaely will need to have access to the student staff folders as well. 
We can go ahead and give all those folks full access to the student 
staff folders as opposed to the basic access. They are all logging in 
on the IDS computer at the Information Desk. As of this morning, my 
staff still wasn't able to access anything on the Idrive. This was Zoe 
Chan-Tuyub. 

Is there anything I can do to assist in this?
