Thanks, Reggie. I think I'll hold off just a 
bit until I get an update on my computer 
upgrade, since it's supposed to be scheduled in 
the near future, I think. No need to do the 
Windows update if I'm getting a whole new 
machine in the next month or so. I appreciate 
the followup.

Hi Scott,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #73527

Description: Win 7 to Win 10 

When is a good date and time for a UCS Tech to visit 
your office and upgrade your pc to windows 10? You will 
need to back up all your data, favorites and bookmarks 
to your H drive or any suitable storage location before 
the process begins. The computer hard-drive will be 
erased.

his machine is just over 4 years old(Purchase June2015) 
and he has had it Brand NEW since JAN2016

By the way, I've mentioned this before, but I 
know the library staff machines are due for an 
upgrade (mine is 5 years old), and I'd prefer a 
laptop this time. I'll keep the external 
monitor, of course. I only mention it because 
if you're doing a hardware upgrade anway you 
might want to pair the Windows update with 
that.
