Hi Jasmine,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73530

Description: Computer not turning on

If the computer does not turn on normally again, 
let me know. We can reinstall the Windows 10 OS, 
it seems like it might not have installed it 
correctly the first time. We can schedule a time 
to do this, or if you want to wait until the 
computer does the issue once more. We can provide 
you with a loaner, and overall the reinstall takes 
about half a day.

To whom it may concern, 

About 2 weeks ago I put in a request about my 
computer not starting/ turning on. Someone came 
to fix it, but now it is not working/ turning 
on. If someone could help fix my issue I would 
really appreciate it, since I need my computer 
for work. 
My computer is (20121262) and it is located in 
NPE 115.
