Hi Daniel,
I received your Service Request for your printer wanting a code. Is it asking for a code when you print or when you are going through the menu to some were such as the toner level area?

Daniel called to mention that their printer 
which is a local printer, is asking for 
credentials to log in. in the past they've 
never had to do that. They've tried as many log 
ins as they can think of but none are working.
