Friday would be best for me, anyways, if your 
techs are busy until then. Friday morning I'm 
actually out of office in the morning but 
someone could still come by and be let in to my 
office to work on my computer  and/or take it 
away (as Joe thought might need to happen).

Hello,

My computer (which is new within the last 
couple months) will consistently freeze at 
least once a day, to the point where I have to 
do a "hard" reset. Could I get some support 
with this?
