She brought her computer in and logged in 
hardwired to the ethernet cable and then restarted 
and logged in without it and was able to get it.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73560

Description: **9/30** Admission Windows 10 Update 
loaner 20150650[Edit Inv]

You will need to bring the laptop onto campus and 
log in to the computer while hardwired (yellow or 
white Ethernet cord). Once you do that then you 
will be able to log in to your computer off campus 
as well. If you need help with these let us know.

We have a ticket in our queue to update your laptop, 
20150640[Edit Inv], to windows 10. Microsoft has ended support 
for windows 7 so security patches or updates will no 
longer be available, which will leave your computer 
vulnerable to malicious threats. When is a good date 
and time for a UCS Tech to stop by your office and 
upgrade your computer?

updated. A visitor Coordinator Station

Two "General Use" computers W#20150650[Edit Inv] and 
W#20150651[Edit Inv]. They need to be reimaged to windows
