advised about software. they are purchasing the duxbury software

the Duxbury order VISA2018008969 was CANCELED by 
Sarah Grider in MAY2019 and a refund issued.  She fould 
a free 3rd party software to use with the Braille printer 
and installed that software herself.  If the pop ups of the 
unlicensed Duxbury12.4(needed for WIN 10) software are 
a problem then un-install unless they have changed 
there minds and want to pay for upgrade now.
