Stephanie,
This started after I let my computer run
updates this morning. I can't get it to stop
running even when I reboot. My concern is that
it's making my fan run non-stop. I'll see if I
can bring it by today or on Monday. Just in
case, is there any additional mal-ware software
that we are using? I have run Sophos already
this morning. I remember having a malware
issues on my old laptop that caused my fan to
run continuously.
Thanks,
Cheri

Hello,
I would like to know how to disable Cortana on
my computer. Since it installed itself this
morning, my computer fan will not stop running.
Even when I view my active tasks to end the
cortana related processes, I can get it to
stop, but then it comes back on after a few
minutes.

I am not on campus today is there someway you
can assist me remotely.

Thanks,
Cheri
