It's missing a sensor piece that is causing the 
faulty jam. I let her know this. She said if I do 
not hear back from her today we can PDR it.

Couldnt find any jam. I told her I will have a 
tech pick the machine up tomorrow so I can look 
more at my desk.

Thank you very much! Our office will be closed 
from 10am-12pm today, in case they would be 
stopping by that time.

We will reopen at 12pm today, and I will be 
back from lunch at 1pm.

Good morning,

The printer at my desk is jammed. I pulled some 
paper out of it, but the jam message will not 
clear on my machine.

May I schedule a time to have a technician to 
have a look at it?
